I am sure you are aware our sign manufacturing factory, manned by the HLWA elves, has produced more than 120 house and dock address signs. However, the current economic problems have resulted in a slowdown of orders, causing serious concern among the elves workforce. It is up to you to place an order to make sure the elves continue their employment.
The recently passed Dock and Mooring Ordinance (Sec. 162) requires: “Reflectors shall be affixed to the ends of a dock.” In addition, “The street number of the property (in numerals at least 3 inches high) shall be affixed to the end of a dock so as to be visible from the watercourse.” The elves will be glad to provide the dock address sign as well as the home address sign. For those who are interested in placing a larger panel on their house, the HLWA elves have designed a large, green panel with a HLWA logo. It is a simple fact the Winchester Police Department, Fire Department and emergency medical personnel need an accurate house identification to guarantee a prompt response. Easily visible numbers are also important to commercial delivery services.
