Chief Guerriero has provided the Board of Directors with a copy of the Police Activity Log for Highland Lake for the summer period of May 1 through August 11, 2009. This data for 2009 covers a period which is shorter than the comparable reference data for the summers of 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2008. Below is a summary of all data for the lake for the summer period noted.

The above comparisons show the summer Police Marine Patrol activity around the lake was much lower in 2008 and 2009 than in years 2003, 2004, 2005. This reflects the smaller Marine Patrol budget for 2008 and 2009.
